Small fuse box, about size of deck of cards on firewall in front of steering wheel was the problem. One of the 4 or 5 fuses in it would back out causing complete shut down. Dealership replaced and no more problems. You most likely have an issue with your remote sense circuit. Try this. Look for the box on the firewall that says "PNDB" It will have a lit red light.
