Monk pf2eMonk pf2e - Nope. Champion focus spells are divine. Monks get to choose if their ki spells are divine or occult. The dragon innate feats are arcane. They get to use their Proficiency if it's higher than Trained, even if its non-Arcane. They would use their Charisma though, rather than whatever casting stat they'd normally use.
