Crabs must be fully submerged in water to mate. I couldn't make use of Arks native code for this since it looks for a dino that's swimming, and crabs walk, and it can be a little bit finickity. Again Cryo etc, or convert the crab to vanilla and back to Better to give it that jolt that it needs.
