With the 850RE automatic, stock Rubi 4.10 gears, and stock 285/70R17 tires that measure 32.8" unmounted and likely around 32" mounted and under full load, these are the specs in the attached pics. The Rubicon, Mojave, and max tow are actually reinforced Dana 44s so they're extra stout. Also the stock tires/wheels are actually already at 90 pounds plus so going to 37s you aren't adding a ton of weight. I went to warn wheels and grabber ATX for 96 pounds a corner.37s on 4.88s or 5.13s are ideal. I’m sure you’ll do better on 37s with 4.56 vs. the 4.10s but try and drive someone’s set-up that has been re-geared. Kanati 37 runs 72lbs and BFG 37 is 71lbs. Honestly I was a huge BFG fan after running about 4 sets in my JKU but after running these Kanati trail hogs may have found a new favorite tire. I have about 18,000 miles on them and have only worn about 2/10th of the tread off.Talk about being able to take a big tire from the factory — the Jeep Gladiator has now been shown to fit a 37″ tire with no need for a lift kit, and only minor clearance modifications.
