Upcoming patch is also buffing Black Cleaver which Bruiser Kha absolutely LOVES, however more generally a lot of AH is getting removed from Bruiser items which was pretty important for him. Hard to tell whether the item changes kill him or end up making him stronger.Just as survivable as bruiser Kha'Zix if you position right (probably more), does more damage than lethality Kha'Zix. The only reason people don't play this way and abuse Hullbreaker is because no one has told them to yet and the overwhelming majority of players don't think for themselves.
